Welcome to the CozyMyTee FAQ. Below are answers to some of the most common questions about our products, orders, shipping, and returns.
1. What does CozyMyTee sell?
CozyMyTee offers made-to-order products created and fulfilled after you place your order.
2. Are your products made to order?
Yes. All of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, production begins after your order is placed and confirmed.
3. How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are usually processed within a few business days, but processing times may vary depending on the product, season, order volume, and fulfillment partner workload.
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location, the shipping carrier, customs processing for international orders, and other factors outside our control.
Any shipping times shown on product pages or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We may offer international shipping to selected countries. If international shipping is available for your location, you will see the option at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by your country.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cozymytee.com.
We can only cancel or modify orders before they enter production. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
7. Can I return or exchange an item?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- ordering the wrong size
- changing your mind
- buyer’s remorse
Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
8. What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@cozymytee.com.
Please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
- close-up photos of the damage, defect, or print issue
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund.
9. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error.
We do not offer refunds for:
- wrong size selected by the customer
- change of mind
- buyer’s remorse
- delivery delays caused by shipping carriers
- incorrect addresses entered by the customer
10. How do I choose the right size?
Please review the size guide available on the product page before ordering. Because we do not accept size-related returns for made-to-order items, it is important to double-check sizing before completing your purchase.
11. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at support@cozymytee.com.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed, especially if the order has already entered production or shipping processing.
12. Will I receive tracking information?
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking information after your order has shipped.
Please allow some time for the tracking link to update after shipment.
13. My tracking says delivered, but I did not receive my package. What should I do?
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- checking around your delivery location
- asking household members or neighbors
- contacting the shipping carrier directly
- waiting a short time in case the package was scanned early

14. Why might my order arrive in separate packages?
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on the product type, fulfillment location, or shipping method.
15. What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location. These may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, digital wallets, and other supported payment options.
16. Who handles order processing and fulfillment?
Some parts of our store operations, including checkout, order processing, printing, fulfillment, and shipping, may be handled by trusted third-party providers, including Fourthwall, Inc. and its partners.
