Because our products are made to order, please allow time for production before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the product type, order volume, season, and fulfillment partner workload.
Orders are generally processed within a few business days, but processing may take longer during holidays, sales periods, or high-volume periods.
2. Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time will depend on your location, the shipping carrier, customs processing for international orders, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping times shown at checkout or on product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Some store operations, including fulfillment and shipping, may be handled by trusted third-party providers, including Fourthwall, Inc. and its partners.
3. Shipping Rates

8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- checking around your delivery location
- asking household members or neighbors
- contacting the shipping carrier directly
- waiting a short time in case of premature delivery scan

9. Damaged or Delivery Problem Orders

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

If your order includes multiple products, items may arrive separately depending on product type, inventory availability, or fulfillment location.
You may receive separate tracking numbers for different items in the same order.
